Shipping policy

Upon placing your order with Jaipur Crystal Gems, you will promptly receive an email confirmation acknowledging receipt of your order. Subsequently, we will notify you via email or mobile correspondence upon dispatch, confirming the acceptance of your order.

For Cash on Delivery orders, an order confirmation will be initiated via a phone call from one of our executives. Finalization of your order will occur upon your confirmation during the call.

Dispatch times for all ordered crystal products may vary between 1-2 business days and the order will be delivered with in 2-3 business days

Before delivery, each crystal product undergoes thorough inspection and careful packaging to ensure its safety during transit. We entrust these products to our reliable delivery partners for prompt and secure delivery to your provided address.

Our delivery partners endeavor to deliver your package at your earliest convenience. In the event of difficulty reaching the provided address or scheduling delivery at a suitable time, they will engage with you to resolve any issues.

Most orders are dispatched the very next day, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

Business Rights

Jaipur Crystal Gems, registered under GST No. 08BRWPA6586M1ZT, reserves complete rights to market, advertise, or sell authentic crystal products under its brand. All listed products are authenticated and listed via the specified GST Number only, serving as the final authorization for trading or transacting over any digital or non-digital marketplaces.

No party may counterfeit or claim refunds on purchases of fake or fraudulent crystal products from unauthorized vendors.

Refund and Return Policy - Refunds or Replacements: Refunds or replacements, subject to company approval, will only be processed for items that are damaged during transit or incorrectly received. Any refund/exchange requests must be made within 24 hours of the product's delivery.

• Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 7 days and credited within 10-12 working days.

• Refunds for Prepaid Orders: For prepaid orders made via Credit Card, Debit Card, or Net Banking, the refunded amount will be credited back to the original account within 5-7 working days. In the case of COD orders, account details will be requested for the initiation of the refunds. Transaction and shipping charges will be deducted.

• Non-Returnable Items: Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges if you simply dislike the product, find minor flaws, have issues with the packaging, notice slight color differences, or experience minor size variations.

Size Discrepancy: We ship extra elastic with all our orders starting from the 20th of May 2024. In case of size discrepancy, please reach out to us for guidance.

Cancellation Policy

• Order Cancellation: We endeavor to serve our clients with the best experience. We do not facilitate cancellation for products once placed. However, you can make an addition to your current order/exchange the product with a same-value item till the time it is under pending pickup.
